I booked ibis Paris Nation Davout based on reviews, but it was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely small and congested, more like a budget motel. No basic amenities in the room, no proper water filter or hot water, and it’s really only suitable for a one-night stay. The only positives were the helpful staff and the 24-hour coffee machine. Unfortunately, this hotel spoiled much of our Paris vacation.

I booked ibis Paris Nation Davout based on reviews, but it was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely small and congested, more like a budget motel. The location is great. It is very near to subway station. The room we got is not spacious that we cannot open the door to the bathroom fully. The bed is ok and the aircondition is ok. Breakfast is ok. The hotel don’t have enough coffee cups and some of them are broken. Reception is accommodating. Even if we are not satisfied with the room but it is ok for us since we are only in the hotel during the night, we left the hotel everyday after breakfast and back late night. We stayed 4 nights.

The hotel staff was great! The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. My only complaint was the height of the bathtub. Getting in and out of it was challenging. The area was not the cleanest, but it was close to a metro stop.

The staff were amiable and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The region is easily accessible with a bus from Charles de Gaulle Airport that stops near the hotel. There is also a Metro Line 9 station nearby. There are several restaurants nearby. However, the region is not the best in Paris, but not dangerous.
