At check-in, staff didn't seem to familiar with their own hotel's computer system. Didn't ask me to pay the VAT National tax. Upon giving the access card to the room, the card didn't work until a few changes were made to the system. Next day returning to the hotel, same problem again and I was accused of not paying the VAT tax that the staff didn't bother to collect from me when checking in. Not impressed

I had a wonderful stay, I will recommend

Great hotel, neat, friendly staff, good breakfast, elevator great, gym nice. The room also cool too, clean, and quiet. Close to the metro just about 3-5mins enjoyable walk. 12-15mins to the centre by metro. Supermarket close by and food restaurant too.

This property was in excellent location near many stores, barbers, etc. catering to all your needs as well as having quick and easy access to transportation that takes you directly to airport or metro line that gives you quick easy access to the entire city of Paris

Parking was not as advertised on Expedia. It is 20 euros per night. Also, they didn't have the key cards programmed into the elevator, so we had to ask for help every time we wanted to access the parking garage - even to take the elevator down to the garage.

J’ai passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner inclus Ă©tait un excellent dĂ©but de journĂ©e. J’ai beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la propretĂ© et la modernitĂ© des chambres. Bien que l’hĂŽtel ne soit pas situĂ© au cƓur de Paris, il est facilement accessible grĂące aux transports en commun, Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied. Il faut compter environ 25 minutes pour se rendre aux attractions touristiques les plus frĂ©quentĂ©es de Paris. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hĂŽtel. De plus, il y a un gym quelque chose qui Ă©tait essentiel pour moi. Le staff de l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait trĂšs gentil et courtois

This is definitely a hotel that is both chic and colourful. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Location wise it’s about 30 minutes with the metro so it’s easy to explore the city .

Bel hĂŽtel, propre et moderne Ă  proximitĂ© des transports. Les prĂ©posĂ©s sont trĂšs aimables et le dĂ©jeuner est excellent excellent. Le bĂ©mol pour moi est le gymnase qui n’est pas bien Ă©quipĂ© et qui devrait l’ĂȘtre contenu de l’ampleur de cet hĂŽtel, et j’aurais aimĂ© aussi avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre, ça serait une belle attention.
