With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet.
