We had a wonderful stay and truly loved this hotel. The location was perfect — an ideal home base for exploring Paris, with so many great neighborhoods, cafés, and sights within easy reach. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home after long days of sightseeing. What really stood out was the staff — welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful, whether offering recommendations or assisting with logistics. Their hospitality made the experience feel effortless and special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to experience Paris.

Most receptionist were friendly however the gentleman was standoffish, unhelpful and very rude. The sofa bed was not made up and products only for 2 people not 4, not enough blankets and given that it is supposed be a 5 star, every request made we were made to feel like it was too troublesome. Would not stay again.

We love the hotel, the staff, the location, and the amenities. Breakfast is pricey, but there are so many bakeries nearby. There are also lots of fantastic restaurants around and a block away from the Lourve.

My recent stay at La Clef Louvre in Paris was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. This Hotel had very attentive staff and was very keen on quality of stay. It is very clean and comfortable. My son and I played Foosball everyday in their lounge area. They had an honesty bar were you can create your own drinks. The junior Suite we stayed in was very comfortable. I normally hate pullout beds, but i slept well on it surprisingly. The elevator went out of service for 2 days which led to grueling 6 floor walk up, but they accomodated us with complimentary macarons, madelines, etc and chilled champagne for the troubles. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and thebLouvre is around the corner. We walked to Eiffel tower, Louvre, Saint Chapelle, Notredame, Jardin de Luxembourg, etc. We walked up and down Rue St Honore, and many other main streets of central Paris. La Clef was a great choice to stay.
