It offers comfort conditions of very high standard with its bedroom, bathroom, large living room, separate WC, its amazing fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are a lot of storage spaces. We also have picked premium matrix for our bed.



It is a prime location on Latin Quarter and the apartment is oriented on a small street and has double glazing.

Heart of St Germain

The listing and photos were really accurate, which is great. More than enough space for two people, and in a trendy area with lots of restaurants and nightlife, steps from the Metro. The Marche St Germain is 100 meters away, with many cafes but also fish, cheese, meat and produce. The kitchen was unusually well equipped, and we were able to make many meals. Communication with hosts was excellent, and speedy. As mentioned in the listing, it is on the fourth floor with no lift, which is fine if you don't mind stairs. But they are also narrow stairs, which some older renters might find daunting. We are 60, and it didn't bother us, but even older renters might be cautious. Loved the place, and will likely rent it again.
