In a very quiet residential area, this house offers beautiful spaces and many rooms to accommodate a large family, even very large! On three levels, it adapts to all ages. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The garden of 120 square meters offers, besides a large wooden terrace, some beautiful roses, organic tomatoes and an above ground pool will delight the youngest. The pianists will appreciate the presence of a study piano to continue the scales, even on holidays! On the transport side, the house is not far from the A1, A3 and A104 motorways. RER B goes to Villepinte station, which is a 15-minute walk away. In the surroundings, a huge park of 250 hectares for nature lovers, jogging or bike rides. On this subject, 4 of these machines are at your disposal. The linen is included: towels, sheets, duvets. The house is fully equipped with appliances, wifi and flat screen TV.
