The room was good. Close to subway and restaurants. The first man to help me that was behind the counter was not very friendly. He made me feel like I was bothering him. I arrived 2 hrs early and was happy to walk around until the 2 o’clock check in time. But since I arrived early, it would have been nice if they informed the cleaning staff to maybe get to my room quicker. He did not. I came back at check in time and they had just started cleaning. Also there were details about the room that he did not inform me of that would have been helpful to know to turn the lights on and find the hot water in the shower. I don’t care where you’re from, why you have a job in customer service, but if you do, show up. I’ve done this job all my life. The second man that worked there was very sweet, helpful and warm. It was a nice place but I would not choose to stay there again.

The room we got was very dirty: stains on carpet, bathroom, sink, curtains. Also, the room smelled awful. Staff were helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was okay. The area is convenient for dining and metro, but very loud. I would never stay at this hotel again. Nothing personal, but the state of our room ruined the trip. I dreaded coming back to the jotel to sleep. We would use our clean slippers to walk, never barefoot.

Lovely hotel, great staff and location

We had a ground floor room with a private outside seating area (room 10) Very small bedroom and bathroom, but great air conditioning and very clean and modern. Had a safe and small fridge. Good budget hotel. Small, but clean.

Location slightly away from the main areas, but still very easily accessible by train with a short and safe walk to the train stations. Small hotel with 5 rooms on each floor, but very quiet. Small room Has fridge Good price Overall, we would stay again, especially if on a budget.

This hotel was very convenient in terms of location. Its close to 2 metro stations, all within 5 min of walking. There's also a really good bakery down the street. Area felt safe, even when walking back late at night. The staff were very friendly and available at all times to help. Hotel has an elevator which made it convenient for bringing up luggage. Room was clean and bright. The only complaint i have is for the bathroom. The drain by the shower didn't seem very clean and our sink was clogged/ slow draining. Otherwise this was a great stay!

Great little hotel

Great little hotel in a very cool area. Easy to get around as walkable to main areas but also has lots of metro stops. The triple room was simple but comfy.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and so close to the metro to get down to the main attractions and to the train station. I was abut disappointed in the baby beds, they were stored in an open storage unit with no bags, so I was concerned about cleanliness. I had booked one in advance but it wasn’t ready so I had to go to storage to get it with the staff. The room was quite small but I understand that’s the norm in the area. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have expected and some tiles were coming off the wall, and the seal on the shower was broken so it would make a mess when we showered.

Loved my stay here! The room was even nicer than I expected, with fast internet and a super comfy bed that made it easy to sleep well. The staff were really nice and always happy to help. The location is quiet but very convenient—just a short walk to the station and bus stops. And the best part? There’s a fantastic little bakery nearby where we grabbed fresh bread and cakes for breakfast every morning.
