The beds are in a really bad state sadly as well for the pillows. They have massages treatment’s you can use after sleeping and waking up with neck pain and back pain. The shower was not working, one button was broken. When entering the lobby you smell PISS. I have never been in a 5 star hotel like this before. If you expect an experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Overall, the staff were okay. Doing their best helping you.

Not worth the money

Pros: location, breakfast Cons: slow staff, small hotel (pics are deceiving), small rooms, squeaky bed, construction next door with noise starting at 7:30am, view from window is of a cement wall, poor shower water pressure. The most important issue for me was not being able to sleep past 7:30am because of loud construction and the squeaky bed. Bad hotel? May not. But far from anything you’d write home about. At this price, I’ve stay at much better hotels in Paris.

The doorman and host were very welcoming The room was small but very well presented But! There was a very loud motor noise in our room, which went on and off throughout the night. We were forced to move rooms in the middle of the night after not being able to fall asleep with it. The hotel gave us a small discount for the inconvenience, which did not feel like adequate compensation given losing a night's sleep The location is quiet and convenient for sightseeing on foot
