It is also not far from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. The Gare du Nord train station is a few steps from the apartment which makes it very easy to access.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room where you can meet comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The hosts were very accommodating to us as our incoming travel was very delayed. They were in constant communication on check in day which allowed us to not stress about being late.The apartment was exactly as advertised. Large enough for our family, bright, clean and in a great location close to the metro and restaurants.

Not a good area of Paris

The apartment itself was lovely, although there is no air conditioning, it is extremely hot and noisy. You cannot leave the windows open at night to cool off due to the noise and the unsafe area. Very clean and well stocked with towels and necessities. Our only complaint was the area, as this was our first time to Paris we did not know what to expect. When the grocery store will not sell you alcohol after 5:00 pm due to the laws in this area to keep noise and crime levels down that tells you what kind of area it is. This is not a rant about the apartment but just to warn those who may choose to rent with a young family with children or elderly folks, a safer neighborhood might be worth the extra money in Paris.

A great place to stay

This was our first time in Paris and to make things easy we chose this flat because it was close to the train station for Eurostar. Communication with the property manager was excellent and they met us on time to walk us through the flat and present the keys. It’s a second floor flat overlooking a fairly busy street during the day but at night it was quiet. It didn’t matter to us because we were gone all day. The flat was very spacious and had all the comforts of Home, except air-conditioning, which didn’t matter to us because we were there during a nice time of the year. Taxis, Uber and the underground are just steps away when needed. You will not have any problem finding a place to eat because there are dozens of restaurants within a short walk. Enjoyed our time and would return again.

MAGNIFIQUE! Great Location, Amazing Host!

We LOVED our stay. There were 8 of us coming from the US and we lived/slept comfortably. The location was PERFECT! Right next door to Gare du Nord, you could get anywhere in the city so easily. At the same time, there are countless things to do just walking from the apartment. The accommodations were exactly as the listed stated/pictured. We always felt safe, and loved having the full kitchen as an option, although we didn't use it much at all since there are countless cafes/restaurants so close. The grocery store is right at the ground level of the building, so convenient! We LOVED taking the electric bikes at night and biking to the Eiffel Tower and all around the city. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here on my next trip to Paris! Also, if you are GF, there are AMAZING GF cafe's, restaurants, street food within walking distance.

The apartment as lovely. The rain showers were amazing and the bed very comfortable. Located next to the train station. We had hot and humid weather in Paris so only fans were available and it was suggested not to leave the windows open.

Location très bien située et le calme de la nuit est appréciable.De plus la proximité du métro facilite les déplacements. Tant qu'à l'appartement, le confort et la propreté ont été appréciés. Enfin, un équipement en vaisselle plus étoffé serait souhaitable . Ceci étant, nous sommes petits et grands ravis de notre séjour.
