We had a nice stay. The owner was very responsive as we had an issue getting into the place. She responded within a minute. The area around the loft was great. It was close to the metro and walking distance to many places. The bottom bedroom got warm because there was no air conditioning source in the bedroom.

Fabulous stay in Le Marais Loft

The loft was perfect for our stay. We were visiting Paris with our daughter, her husband & their 9 yr old son. Everything was just as described and we loved the neighborhood. Easy access to great restaurants, museums and the Seine. Alexandra, a great host who was quick to respond to any questions we had . It really was a lovely stay!

Great Stay

Location is excellent and lots of room. Toilet and shower are in separate areas which actually made it easier with multiple people. Laundry, dishwasher and stovetop were easy to use and host provided video instructions. Had a bit of an issue with getting in the unit, but host was immediately in contact and was not a big issue. Some many things in walking distance......would definitely stay here again!!!!

Perfect location, great for a short stay

The apartment was just as expected! I appreciated knowing about the bathroom situation after reading reviews. It would be a 5 star but for the lack of attention to small items. The bed sheets come off the mattress after one turn - larger sheets or a fitted sheet would suffice. The bathroom with sink and toilet has no towel to dry hands - a simple towel holder would suffice. The curtain in the front is cheap and not big enough - a larger, higher quality curtain would suffice. We would stay here again if the sheets were different!

Four Days in Paris

The Apartment was in a great location for us. It was close to the Metro, many restaurants and shopping. We were 3 adults two grand parents and one granddaughter. We did not realize the bathroom setup. The only toilet was down stairs in a small powder room. The up stairs bathroom was nice and large with a great shower but no toilet.

Great location

We stayed here for 3 nights- it was comfortable and had easy access to the metro, good cafes and shops nearby. Small rooms, not a lot of room to unpack, and the toilet is downstairs while the shower is upstairs. Still, very modern and great location! Would definitely recommend for a couple night stay.

It was a very comfortable property and loved it being on first floor and having air conditioning! We thought there would be 2 toilets, so guess we didn’t read description close enough. It would be helpful to have English instructions for washing machine. All in all a good stay.

Idéalement situé

Cet appartement est bien situé , assez central pour faire une bonne partie à pied ou en vélib !! Abandonnez la voiture ... faire les 3.5 km entre l'appartement vers le théâtre Marigny en taxi fut un calvaire, 35 min !! donc optez pour le métro, il y a un accès vraiment proche. Beaubourg est à deux pas. Nous avons visité la fondation Louis Vuitton et l'accès par le métro est super facile. L'appartement est agréable, bien agencé. Un bémol pour la chambre en mezzanine qui est 'ouverte' et le seul accès à la petite salle de bain (mais suffisante) et il y a une ventilation dans la salle de bain que nous n'avons pas su arrêter. Nous étions 4 adultes. Salon et kitchenette bien équipé (prévoir les capsules café - il y a de nombreux commerces aux alentours, très facile) Bref un séjour agréable - je recommande sans hésitation.

Il y a deux salles de bain mais une dans toilette et l autre sans douche. Aussi il manque certaines indications par exemple comment disposer des dechets comment utiliser le televiseur le lave linge ou la plaque chauffante Un cartable avec ces infos serait pratique. L appartement est aussi un peu humide et un chambre est complètement fermé et donc pas beaucoup d air. C est serré pour 5 personnes Mous manquions egalement d ustensiles. Par contre tout est propre. On a eu acces a l appartement assez tot et donc on a pu se reposer. L environnement est parfait et la rue est calme. A 5 min de 2 lignes de metro
