Elegantly situated in the heart of Paris..

The Hotel is elegantly situated in the heart of Paris which is just a few steps away to the famous shopping and commercial area of Paris. The Rooms were all cleaned and newly renovated. Most importantly the Hotel has a wonderful staff. We have a very pleasant stay there and received courteous and professional services from the time we checked in all up to the time we checked out. I would like to take this time and opportunity to thank ABBI who is very friendly and courteous to us all through our stay at the property. Mr ABBI and the rest of the team at the hotel were the primary reason why I will be staying again at this property. Bravo Abbi and the rest of the staff for a job well done!

Geen 4-sterren meer.

Ik kom bijna 10 jaar naar dit hotel en ik heb de staat ervan ieder jaar zien afnemen. Enige 4-sterren-aspect is de locatie. Verder zijn de kamer overprijsd voor de staat en het comfort. Een simpel voorbeeld is douchen in een bad waarbij ik met mijn ruim 1.8m met mijn hoofd het plafond bijna raak. Een bad dat overigens smal is en het douchen tot een glibberige bezigheid maakt. Ook het personeel wordt steeds meer ongemotiveerdttc.

Lobby of hotel was under construction, dust everywhere! We got up grated to room where water tabs did not work! Next room was ok. The next day the toilet did not work! Manager was argumentative and every time we spoke she never admits any problems.Would not recommendato anyone!
