Welcome to our magnificent apartment, renovated by the famous architect Ameo Concept in the heart of the 15th arrondissement.
A pleasant, secure, family-friendly neighborhood that will make you feel right at home.

The Space:
The apartment is 90 square metters, and is located on the first floor (ground floor + 1) without an elevator.

It comprises a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Two comfortable white sofas and a large TV to enjoy moments as a couple, with friends or family.

The apartment has three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom.
There are a total of two bathrooms and two toilets in the apartment.

You'll appreciate the apartment's magnificent lighting, created by our architect.

What's more, the entrance to the apartment has plenty of storage space. A true haven of peace in the heart of Paris.

Great property but issue with cleanliness & mice

Nicely renovated property with modern touches. Location in Paris near Convention was very convenient, access to many local businesses and street market 3 times a week. Apartment cleanliness was not appropriate for the cost of rental an cleaning fee. Apartment also had mice infestation in the kitchen/living room area.

Beautiful apartment for large family

Very comfortable for 6 people! Apartment is very clean, beautifully renovated and comfy. Concierge was very attentive to our needs. We had a great experience. Keep in mind that it’s up one flight of stairs, and location is not really walking distance to Eiffel Tower as implied. Overall lovely stay and would recommend. 9 out of 10

Amazing stay in Paris

What an amazing stay in Paris! We were courteously greeted at the apartment to allow us to drop off our luggage before checkin time. This was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. They also allowed us to do an early checkin. The property was spotless and very comfortable for our family of six. The response time when asking questions was amazing and I would definitely recommend a stay at this location. Thank you Katie and Thomas!
