Great neighborhood, nice apartment. The listing said there was a king bed in one room and there were only queen beds in all three rooms. It also said there was a toilet in each of the bathrooms, but only one had a toilet. These items were key in our choice of this apartment so that was disappointing.

Wir hatten uns wegen der guten Lage und den durchaus guten Bewertungen für diese Wohnung entschieden. Die Lage ist in der Tat sehr gut, direkt in einem belebten Viertel mit Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Wohnung an sich war okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Es ist eine Erdgeschoßwohnung, mit wenigen Fenstern und sie ist etwas muffig. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt ziemlich unausgeglichen und wirkt nicht ganz durchdacht: in der Küche gibt es 10 Espressotassen und nur 2 Weingläser, ein Zimmer ist riesig, die anderen beiden winzig, es gibt einen großen Esstisch, aber keine Schränke für Klamotten, es gibt sehr viele Handtücher, aber nichts zum Aufhängen/Trocknen...Na ja, über all das kann man bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt hinwegsehen, aber was gar nicht geht, ist das wir bei Problemen die Vermieter nicht erreichen konnten. Auf Nachrichten in der App wurde gar nicht reagiert und bei den angegeben Telefonnummern kam man in Callcentern an, wo man nach einem kurzen Assessment für immer in die Warteschleife gestellt wurde oder das Telefonat aus Versehen beendet wurde.Die Wohnung wird scheinbar von einem Sub-Unternehmer eines Sub-Unternehmens betreut . Das System scheint ja nicht so gut zu funktionieren und sollte von FeWoDirket mal überdacht werden.
