This apartment was the perfect location and amenities that we could have asked for. We walked every night to dinner and lots of coffee shops. The history in the area and the shopping right downstairs is perfect. The apartments was clean it was easy to get public transportation from via Uber.
We stayed in the room for 4. Great room although the shower needs to be fixed and the AC took a little long to cool the room. Other than that it’s in a great neighborhood, safe, lively and friendly people. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre (if you don’t mind walking 15 or 30 mins respectively). I would recommend this property for a family of four.
This was such an adorable place! Our unit was two stories and the bedrooms were huge. The breakfast bar downstairs was great and convienient.
The directions were a little off as the door was not blue when we arrived. The checkout time was different from my booking as well. I booked an 11 am checkout but we had to be out by 10

Great location, near the metro. However, giving it 3 states because we were disappointed with the maintenance of the place. Curtains upstairs were off the track and ripped. Mold noted on the ceiling in the shower. The drawers were broken. Remote control had not batteries for one of the rooms. Only gave 4 towels for 4 people for a week stay.
When I walked into the property, they did not clean at all. There were dirty towels, linens, garbage everywhere and a full sink. I could not reach them when I had walked into this unclean environment. They did clean after the first night but are now refusing my refund request for the first night as I had to make other accommodations.

it's a no for sure.
never ever at the price we paid...worst serviced apartment i've ever stayed. I guess they think that the location makes up for the quality but i'd say no. cleanliness was horrible (no room service at all): dust in all the nooks and crannies but the lighting was dark so it was hard to tell at first glance, there was a spider web on the wall, had to ask for extra towels and contacting them was not easy as they don't check their messages or pick-up the phone at once. my sink was leaking from the second day, they never came to fix it....just wouldn't recommend. for the same price i would rather be in another area at a better hotel.

It could have been 5 star instead of 1. How would you rate a property if they don’t give you information how to get into the apartment, don’t answer the phone, doesn’t respond to message on Orbitz despite calling their contact number ever 30 minutes on the day to check in? They are not concerned that they didn’t send the information which they should have sent 72 hours before. In the morning that we were supposed to check in the phone finally was answered. We were told that they have been having problem with email for a few days and promised to send the email immediately. Hours went by there was no email. I was desperate and called their number every 30 minutes and there was no answer. We arrived at Paris at 3:30 PM and I called the number non stop and there was no answer. Every time that they didn’t answer I was convinced that I was being scammed since I have paid for the whole stay. I even started to look for another place to stay. It was 4:00 PM when the person answered the phone. She told me that the phone line was busy all day. She asked for my email which should have had. Still the email did not come. I called again and told her to give me the information through the Orbitz messaging which she does not seem to understand. Then she asked me if I have WhatsApp account. Luckily I have the account and gave it to her. Finally I got the information to check in. It was already 4:30 PM then. Horrible service. Otherwise great location.
