Excellent hotel , good location. Reception area was clean and vibrant with friendly staff, great to have the tennis on for Wimbledon and we loved the Photo Booth, lovely touch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a little tired but the bed comfortable. Loved being able to get cold water from the water fountain in the corridor outside the room.

The air conditioning wasn't working, so they installed a noisy fan, which made the room very hot. The extra bed was of very poor quality and neither comfortable nor safe to sleep in.

Good location/hotel

I paid for a premium room with balcony but on the first night they said that the premium room wasn’t available and had to do standard the first night and change in the morning. They tried to compensate us with a free breakfast, which we were not interested in. Apart from that it was a good hotel in a great location but building works outside spoiled the experience a little bit.

My major complaint about this property is the bathtub. It is very difficult to get in and out of. It is very high and there are no grabber bars. It literally took me 10 minutes to figure out how I would manage to get out without falling in a wet tub.
