With its 4 distinctly styled bedrooms, this apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
The space
The apartment is in a building featuring caryatids above the entrance. These elegant female statues, replacing columns, are a key element of Ionic architecture, adding classical charm to the facade.

The apartment includes:

- 1 Dining room with 10 seats
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with shower and no WC, one with bathtub and no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

5 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed
- Bedroom 5 on mezzanine (1m high and no window)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: convertible sofa bed for two people

The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the fourth floor (elevator), after going though the right door in the building lobby.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
