Stayed with family for a week in early April. Very, very convenient location with three metro/train stations within a 10 min walk. Nice neighborhood with lots and lots of eating/drinking options. The hotel itself had a unique feel and the staff was quite nice. Would stay again.

Could do with USB charging points in the room and a kettle to heat water and make a cup of tea whilst in the room, apart from that everything was fine, close to Gare du Nord, clean, tidy friendly staff. What more could you ask for

It was a real value for money! First of all location is perfect. Very close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est which helps a lot while moving in the city. Reception is open 24h and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel needs maintenance, it's not looking as well maintaned as the pictures shown online. But i should add it was very clean and they were changing the towels everyday. Also everything is working properly, the maintenance level is just about image actually. But i really liked the hotel. Rooms slightly small but was enough for three people. Beds were comfortable, there is hot water available every hour, aircon was working very well and amenities were replenished everyday.

Seriously the best place I have stayed in France. As a female my friends and I felt safe, extremely welcomed and is the best convenient place to stay. The receptionist/manager is so friendly, smiley and taught us some French. I would recommend and I would be staying there again 😊

Great Sleep

We arrived late and easily found the hotel, close to Gare de Nord. Despite being a very busy area, it is set back behind gates and garden, and peaceful. Great receptionist - so welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and bright. Really great comfortable bed hence a wonderful sleep. We stayed only one night as on way south. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Triple Room was Perfect

Brilliant and welcoming employees, we stayed there for 3 nights in a triple room (3x young adults) and could not have been more pleased with the air con and big clean rooms for the price we paid. Honestly a great find and only ~7 min walk to Gare du Nord and a great bakery for breakfast (Maison Bayat).

The rooms are relatively big and look and feel nice to stay in. Maintenance is at an okay level but housekeeping is partial - over our stay, the rooms were re-organized every day but not cleaned The area is ok with good walking distance to transportation and some very good restaurants
