Hotel room was nice and fitted our needs as a family of 4 however, the fridge did not work and despite a tech coming to our room and saying he fixed it, it never worked. Which meant we had to keep going back to reception for ice for our daughter’s medication. There was also a large rain storm that started a leak in our room near the window, that was closed & in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and a nice roof top deck and kids play area in the lobby

Great location with a mall for restaurants, groceries and more right across the street from the parking area(though gps had us drive round and round to get there which we figured out after two trips lol). This was our base for four nights/three days of Disney. We walked the 25 minutes a couple times but found the shuttle to be a great alternative. Would stay here again.

Although the hotel was clean, the room was relatively warm even with AC on. AC temperature was controlled and was nowhere near the temperature stated by announcements.

We stayed in a room that could accommodate 4 people. It was a clean room and the facility itself was also clean, the room just had an odd setup. It had curtains to separate our bed from our kids beds and the toilet was separated from the bathroom. So we had to walk through the other section to use the bathroom but showered in a different part. It was odd. Staff were friendly and helpful and our stay was otherwise good.

First, shout out to the front desk staff who were great during our stay. The hotel itself is very mediocre… hot and cold water in the shower was spotty and the room was on the small side. It was not spotless, but not a dump either. They sell food in the lobby which is nice and there are a few restaurants in the area, but it is by no means a bustling area with a ton to do. Biggest issue with the hotel is that it is right near the RER and metro tracks so even on the 7th floor, you hear trains in your room if you face the tracks (which we did). The trains are frequent and run late so be prepared for some noise. Overall, would probably stay elsewhere next time.

We booked a family suit but the room was quite small. It is essentially a normal standard room with a sofa bed. The hotel is right next to the railway, with window facing the tracks, super noisy.

Great location! 10m drive from Eiffel Tower. Parking entry is ok, not the largest, but good overall… Not many parking spaces, so would be better to pay upfront and be sure to have parking… Staff was great, breakfast was great. Bedroom was also very good, so great value for the price. We will be back
