We have been regular customer over the last 5-6 years.this summer trip was very disappointing. We checked in early and we stayed at the reception and the only access WC was left in real poor conditions. Cleaning standards was a nightmare. We went up to our room and the AC wasn’t working at all. When we reported the the receptionist mentioned that as my stay was short which is why they have offered us that room. This comment made me really feel unwelcome We were given an alternate room which had poorly stained carpets which wasn’t really pleasant. For 2 consecutive days we didn’t have internet. Despite all the issues we had we woke up with insect bites in the morning. Overall the experience was a disaster for the price we have paid daily.

Place is okay, 10 mins walking time from RER B station. Not very clean, have hair on the bed kettle and micr-oven are not working But for this price, is acceptable, but if the cleaning part can improve is better

Hotels.com please have your acquisition or research team go back to the drawing board with this hotel and hotel through Paris, France. This hotel was not worth VIP access. Building needs some upgrades the showers wouldn’t drain. There were mosquitoes in both rooms. The reception try to help but they couldn’t fix a lot of the issue. The bar was horrible. Why is the reception moonlight between binging a bartender and reception. WATTTT ….
