The room was very basic but clean, safe, and located just a few blocks from the Palais de Congres. I had trouble getting the internet with my phone using their Wifi. Also the shower was very small, slippery, and the shower door wouldn't close all the way. On a good note, the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.

Clean and cosy little hotel close to Versailles Expo. Convenient location, close to a metro station, a Monoprix supermarket and cafes. Fairly small room but this is Paris. Lots of noise from the street at night, but it should be expected in a big city. No fridge in the room but breakfast is nice (you have to pay extra). Receptionists are welcoming and speak good English. The sound insulation is poor, we could hear people next door talking at night. Overall, an OK experience.

Initially, it was all good. On the second day, we started seeing ants in the room. We complained to the cleaning staff, who pretended they didn’t understand a single word in English but could speak. We went to the front desk, but to no avail. We also requested to clean our room on the third day, but they ignored that request and kept saying that we had stopped them from cleaning. We took the towels from the reception without any help from the staff, as it was a one-person show. At our checkout, we were told by the receptionist that we had to pay Euro 30 more because someone from my family had spit in the elevator, and he started pointing towards my son. He charged me Euro 30 and gave me the option to settle with the police if I didn't want to pay him. It was completely an extortion. Beware of dealing with the staff. They are very rude.

The hotel is very conveniently located right across the street from a metro station the gets you all over Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the the room for a family of 4 was extremely small. We had 2 twins and a pull out sofa and the beds took the entire room making it difficult to open suitcases or even walk around. Other than the size of the room, everything else was nice and clean and having access to the metro so close was definitely a plus.
