The actual property was great. I liked that it was restricted access. It was very clean and a perfect romantic getaway. The neighborhood was pretty good, typical grafitti on businesses and what not, but seemed perfectly safe. I have stayed at several VRBO properties and the property managers have always been very friendly, however, this property manager was not the friendliest.

Excellent all around

Communication has always been excellent even with just asking questions before booking. Check in was a breeze. I had an issue with the internet & the host came over the same day to address. The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood that is close to literally everything you can think of. I would definitely stay again.

Le studio était confortable, très joliment décoré et discétement parfumé. Vraiment romantique. L'environnement est sûr, tant dans l'immeuble que dans le quartier. La station de métro est sur une bonne ligne. Il y a plein de magasin d'alimentation de qualité dans la rue. L'hôte est très attentif. J'y retrournerai.

Agréable studio

Séjour agréable. À noter: le studio donne sur une avenue très bruyante. On ne se sent pas tellement accueilli, le message d'info sur l'arrivée donne l'impression que le loueur veut enrendre le moins possible parler de ses locataires. Je n'avais pas reçu le code pour ouvrir la boîre à clés, j'ai dû téléphoner pour le demander.Le frigo n'était pas très propre. Il n'y avait pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.Par contre, lit très confortable.Mauvaise note pour l'installation de clim, que je n'ai pas utilisée, pas du tout écologique, ni climat responsable!Le soir( et la journée aussi) des personnes traînent en bas de l'immeuble, pas très rassurant...Bonne proximité du métro, situation pratique pour aller à la Philarmonie( 15 minutes à pieds)Granx Monoprix jusre en face, très pratique.

Nous avons demandé une annulation et un remboursement 1 heure après avoir reçu cette deuxième réservation. Il y a eu un problème avec le site de réservation. J'ai demandé un appart et il etait impissible d'avoir une reservation. J'ai donc réserve ailleurs et d'un coup j'ai reçu 2 confirmations
