Our authentic, 45 sqm apartment, fully equipped, has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stays in Paris!



Welcome to a character Parisian building and a cosy flat.

Thanks to its bedroom and double sofa bed, we can host up to 4 guests. It's quiet on a courtyard.



The location, in the heart of "Le Marais" is one of the most lively areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars, fashion designer, art gallery and also parks, museum, pedestrian streets and historical sites.



The Space:

- There is 1 extra couch suitable for a kid (5 guests then)

- All the windows give on a nice and quiet courtyard

- Very well equipped.

- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay.

Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped apartment. Well located. What would help other guests:1) notice in the listing that the key is picked up at a different site. 2) directions and approximate walking time between the place where the key is picked up and the apartment. 3) directions on how to use the key to open the door. It was not easy for me. Other than that, excellent stay.
