Tiny and central room with a lot of drawbacks

It was a small, fairly centrally located room that was indeed relatively quiet, but it had numerous drawbacks and was in considerable need of renovation, with misleading photos. It consists of a double bed at half height, although the second bed is not accessible on foot. Below that is a small, rather uncomfortable double folding couch with a maximum width of 130 cm. Overall, the room is absolutely not suitable for four adults. The photos suggest a bright apartment, but it is actually located in an unsightly rear building with hardly any natural light. The staircase is also in poor condition and in need of renovation. The toilet is minimal and located in a narrow, awkwardly angled recess. The shower and sink can only be reached via a narrow corridor and some steps. There are no options for hanging clothes. The kitchen is minimally equipped. Overall, the room is extremely overpriced.
