Quiet, comfortable apartment close to Palais Garnier. Entrance is secure, through several doors with keypad codes (provided ahead of time). Fully equipped kitchen, and both shower and bath available. Metro at the end of the street too.

Unfortunately stay this day was really disappointing for our family. When we arrived it looked like it had potential, but we very quickly realized that things were broken or breaking. There was a very strong sewer-like smell that clearly became overpowering to the point where we had to leave the windows open during the day to air it out. Many of the floorboards are very broken and nearly cause some injuries. The apartment itself was very minimally cleaned one of the chairs on the dining room. The leg kept falling off. Thankfully no one was hurt. There was also other things that were in very poor condition as well as some open wiring that once connected to automatic blinds that very clearly no longer work. The area itself was good. There's lots of restaurants around and transit was pretty easy. However, it was very noisy and because one of the windows didn't fully close, the apartment itself was very loud

Excellent location. Safe building. Jacuzzi very nice but hadnto be cleaned before we used it, some hair found. Comfortable bed. Room has poor ventilation and gets very himid when the jacuzzi is used. Toilet has occasional smell of sewage.

Centrally located to explore tourist attractions and shopping. The building itself seems to undergo a renovation, but the unit is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

L’immeuble est propre et hyper sécuritaire. De notre chambre, une meute de livreurs en vélo sont stationnés dans la rue juste en bas de notre fênêtre jusqu’à très tard le soir et ils sont très bruyants. L’internet ne fonctionne pas et personne n’a répondu au téléphone losqu’on les a appelés.

İyi tecrübe sayılmazdı

Dört ayrı şifre ile eve girebildik. Sabahları çok gürültü geliyor pencere tam kapanamadığından tüm yol gürültüsü içerde . Caddeye yakın olması avantaj olsa da dibinde olduğu için sabah çok erkenmuyandık . Kiralayan kişi ile irtibatta sorun yaşadık wifi şifresini alamadık. Apartmanda genel bir rutıbet kokusu vardı.
