Great 1 night stay, used the spa and it was lovely. My only fault was on checkout we were asked to pay the city tax again, the man on reception didn’t seem to realise everything had been paid upon checkin, he seemed to think we’d stayed 2 nights and not 1. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights in a junior suite. Like most guests we were going to Disney. The hotel is well located, clean and underground parking is available at €15 a night. City Tax is about €8 per adult per night so factor that in. The staff and facilities are generallly very good. Check in is easy and quick. Breakfast is good but get there early to avoid the rush. My greatest disappointment is security in the room. On one occasion we came back and all the cupboard doors were open as though someone had searched the room. When we checked out it was easy. As we drove to the ferry port we realised we’d left our 7yr old daughter’s iPad in the room. We called the hotel to ask them to check. They said they would get staff to check and get back to us - they didn’t. We called again 2 hours later to be told they’d not checked the room yet. We rang again when we got home to be told the device wasn’t there and they would speak to the cleaners. We called the next day and the phone wasn’t answered and when we got through we were told they’d call us back - they never did. I emailed the hotel - again no reply. The device had my daughter’s own pictures and memories of Disney, all lost. We checked the device history and found it had been turned on the day AFTER we left in Paris, France. Someone had the device and it must be someone from the hotel as it was left in the room. Such a huge disappointment that the hotel let us down after a wonderful trip.

The hotel is quite near the station and there are some restaurants and anice bakery within a few minutes. The reception area looks quite nice, however the rooms were a bit dated and ours smelled like damp. Also, I know it's minor, but the lifts were really really slow. I didn't get the chance to go to the pool/spa area so can't comment on that. It's not a bad hotel, but given the price I was expecting much more, so I wouldn't go back.

We really enjoyed the wonderful staff, they were helpful. We stayed in the executive suites and enjoyed many amenities including breakfast buffet and shuttle service. We had an amazing trip because of the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was lovely and the room was well equipped. Also the shuttle to Disney was a bonus. Never called them to get back from the park and took metro instead, but was handy having them there outside the hotel. Only negative was the pool hours for kids being 10-12pm and 3 to 5pm. If planning to spend most of the day in the Disney park, these pool hours are useless. I picked their hotel because I knew my daughter would want to swim every day, so we had to adapt our plans to allow for pool time in the morning. Really it would make more sense to let kids in the pool from about 8am to 9am as kids wake early. I really only picked the hotel because of the pool, so if I had known that kids hours would be restricted I would have picked somewhere else. But still enjoyed our stay.

Hotel ok but going downhill every year

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years, and sadly, it’s been going downhill. The location is still great, and some rooms are fine, but the general maintenance is poor. We’ve had broken sofa beds, doors held together with pencils, and even a step that came off mid-stay. Most disappointing is the disabled lift to the swimming pool, which has now been broken for a full year (as of May 2025). I was told it had broken after check-in, but the date is written on it — clearly it hasn’t been fixed and likely won’t be. Another guest I know was told the same thing weeks later. Cost-cutting is obvious — no washing-up liquid, sponge, body lotion… and not even hand soap! You’re now expected to use the shampoo/shower gel combo for everything. Was that really necessary? The shuttle used to be reliable, but now depends entirely on who’s working. It’s sometimes a 30 min wait, as if certainly staff won’t send it unless full. Other staff are still quick. The reason I still return is because of the concierge team — Antonin, Jeremy, Michael, Matthieu and a couple of others. They are the heart of this hotel and the reason many of us keep coming back. If they left, I’d go elsewhere. I hope management know how lucky they are to have them.

We had a wonderful stay during our recent trip to Disney. Everything about the stay was perfect - a warm welcome and easy check-in to our room, with the sofa-bed already made for us. the delicious breakfast and spa made us not want to leave the property! Would highly recommend.

Being so close to Disney and the free shuttle service was fantastic and the drivers were very helpful.

This was an outstanding hotel in every way. Fabulous, friendly, professional staff. Clean, comfortable rooms and public spaces. Well thought out rooms with kitchen area. Courtesy chauffeur service to and from Disneyland Paris. We were permitted an early check in as the rooms were ready. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in being a returning guest.

We loved our stay at The Relais Spa. The room was clean and modern and the shuttles were brilliant. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful area and hotel. Thank you very much for making our stay so good!

Good location for Disneyland. Had to make a number of calls to reception to rectify things which was annoying but otherwise ok.
