This place is very cute and I will stay there again
Nice, comfortable and clean room. All facilities (TV, Wifi, Toilet and Shower Facilities, Kitchen) were working properly. Staff was helpful when we called for help. Easy to check-in. Would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Paris on holiday.
Never stayed at the Artemis. After catching transportation to the Artrmis i was told to go to a completely different place and then given a code for a room in a fully booked Air bnb.
This property is well kept any issues and there was someone to sort it out promptly. The only thing was when I booked it said that breakfast was included, but we didn't get it.

Is far from everything, only inside is cute but there’s nobody who gives you info or something, there’s no reception
We came at the time the housekeeper was there. She asked what room we had and if we got any invitation or direction, and we didn't get anything. We asked for phone number to call, but it was difficult since we came from overseas and had limited access to call. Finally the person gave us the instruction of which room and the code to get in. The room was still occupied even though we came at 2pm. The housekeeper was fast to clean and was a good customer service. Afterward, the stay was nice, even though there was no continental breakfast as promised. Room 3.3 was nice and big with private bathroom. A bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Overall it was nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The owner failed to send the access codes in advance, which caused unnecessary stress upon arrival. Furthermore, the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, feeling more like cushions than proper pillows.
This experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes these issues into consideration for future guests.
Avoid at all costs!
I made a booking for 4 rooms in total the hotel overbooked and then said they would accept fault and i needed to request a refund through hotels.com this was a complete lie and now the hotel is ignoring me along with hotels.com.
Rooms are shared which is not made clear when booking the rooms, drunk guest trying to start a fight with some of my employees. Place was dirty, beds uncomfortable and overall a total shambles! I wouldn't put a pig in this hotel nevermind any of my employees again. Should be ashamed of yourself if you are that desperate for money!
Smelly toilet with bad drains. No AC. Mosquitos in area.
Code is not provided by owner proactively so had to get access to code by asking. Frequently contacted at midnight by other guests trying to get in as they did not have code too.

Do not beleive the note; Breakfast included! They provide you with 2 small coffe pods for the whole stay period and 2 small packed sweets. No one will answer the phone when we call for help.
Worst, entrance codes apparently are not sent on tjime i.e. for 2pm, we found ourselves ouit for awhile until cleaner came by chance! (another family experienced same situation and had to contact Expedia?)

I had tried to contact the property months before with questions before I got there and they never responded. When u arrived there was no instruction or indication on how to check in. I got lucky there was a man that just happened to be there that got in touch with the property for me. There are a lot of stairs to walk to get into your room. There was no washcloths, and the towels were stained. I tried to reach out with the email Expedia provided but they never responded. I would never stay here again.
There was not a “virtual assistant”, you had to download what’s app to get check in instructions and text the number labeled “contact property manager”. There was not breakfast provided. The room smelled musty. The lights to the back side of the building were not on or working and we arrived at night. The listing said private bathroom, it was shared with 3 other rooms. The AC unit was locked and we could not change it, so the room stayed hot. The towels were also stained, and the bath mat towel was for everyone to use. We will not stay here again.
Apartment had a washing machine.
Needed help from another guest to get a phone number to get access to the key code. Expedia did nothing to support my family at midnight and accused me of being unable to find an email. Eventually contacted the residence owner directly to get the code. I had other guests knock on my door at midnight with exactly the same problem.
No iron despite having an ironing board.
No AC or fan which meant the apartment was unbearable with the heat and ended up with lots of AC.
Owner did not reply to my messages on WIFI access and where an iron was.
Bathroom stank of bad drains.
