Room was spotless,the kitchen was very modern with everything you need to cook a meal. Bed was comfortable ,bathroom was large. Only thing the shower was over a bath and the bath was very high so elderly ,short or limited Mobility would struggle. Room was not well lit even with all the lights on and the path from airport to the hotel was exposed to the elements outside so we had lots of luggage and it was cold and windy. Some parts was also under cover but can’t help the wind and rain at times. I would stay again if I needed the kitchen.

We stay at Marriott all over. I rated this okay bc of two things. 1. The service was horrible. We arrived late in the evening by train. And the major reason I picked Marriott over Sheridan is that it said in the ad that it was connected to the airport tram & to my surprise it wasn’t so we got dumped out 3 parking lots away & walked in freezing cold dim lit lots. I was upset bc your ads are VERY MISLEADING. When I challenge the VERY YOUNG GIRL about it (she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing) she responded by said the hotel is connected to the tram it brings you here and then you get out and walk here. Sorry Karen you are wrong! You are not connected to the airport! The airport is a 10+ minute Uber drive away on the other side of the freeway!!! It doesn’t touch the tram system in anyway! That ad needs to be fixed. The single women ahead of us and the people behind us were all very confused and upset. ALSO, YOU NEED DIRECTION SIGNAGE! Bc when you walk out the airport door it locks and you can’t get back in! It’s dark and can be dangerous and it’s dimly lit. 2. The next morning the front desk gal was talking with a friend who came to visit her and very rude to my husband. Not sure what that was about. We are Americans not sure,,,, We were glad to leave. It was a nightmare and I woke up sick from walking 3 parking lots in the middle of the night. Never again. Definitely not USA Marriott standards,

Room was very nice. Lots of space and room for spreading out for final packing on last night in France. The overall design was a bit too much fashion over functionality. You had to almost sit on the toilet paper roll. Kitchen sink and shower floor were basically flat, which does not result in fast or thorough draining. Restaurant and bar were quite relaxing, and the food was great. Staff very helpful. Free shuttle to airport was convenient enough.

Cleaning staff barely wanted to clean the room. They’d only bring towels. When urged to clean, they had a ln attitude. Breakfast food was the same thing everyday. No changes. It got depressing after day 3.
