We really liked the area, close to everything we were after, shopping, cafe's, tourist attractions and transportation.
The front of house staff were very helpful and attentive but housekeeping was very lacking.
The hotel does require renovations as it's showing it's age.
Would I stay there again probably yes as it's in the middle of everything we wanted.
The rooms just need refurbishing to make it a top pick.

Fantastic apartment
Friendly staff and accomodate to all your needs. Clean luxurious room and spacious. Convenient location next to saint Lazare station and Printemps. I highly recommend this service apartment to my friends.

Small flaws that could be fixed fairly easily
Pros:The location and quiet.
Monoprix supermarket nearby.
Cons:As noted above.
Location:The hotel is in a good location, convenient to restaurants, shops and transport (metro, bus, RER and SNCF all nearby).
My room was quiet, an important basic that many hotels don't deliver on.
However, there were a few problems with my room:
* While hotels rarely have brightly-lit rooms, this was the first time I have had no lights in the main area bright enough to read by. That's a must for me.
* One of the reasons I get apartment hotels is to manage my food (I have complicated intolerances). However, there was no toaster in my studio apartment and the fridge was not cold enough to store milk.
* The kettle's cord was too short to plug into the nearest power point (photo attached). I had to use the floor.
* The larger plates were too big to stand in the micro-dishwasher (which also had its control panel on its lower part, forcing you to bend right down or sit on the floor to operate it)
* The instructions for the microwave were for some other machine, although it was not hard to work out how to use it
* In a room that could only just accommodate two people there were seven seats (2-person couch, 3 wooden-framed chairs, 2 plastic fold-up chairs in the cupboard). This just creates clutter and some should be removed.
Most of these issues would not be hard or expensive to fix.

Paris Centre - great location and stay
Pros:Well furnished, clean and maintained. Location and staff. Very generous complimentary selection of drinks in the fridge /w coffee/tea
Location:Excellent location - 15 mins walk from attractions like the Mussee D'Orsay, Louvre and shopping. Public transport well placed.
Conveniently located. All major attractions are 15 to 20 minutes walk including starting point for Paris bus tour and Paris office of tourism (Paris Passlib recommended for first time visitors - at least 48 hour pass). Subway entrance (St Lazare) only 5 minutes walk. You are also surrounded by the Printemps department store as well as a Monoprix supermarket just around the corner. Staff are very friendly, proactive and very accommodating. Example: on the day before, the front desk pre-warned us of a transport strike in Paris and advised us to arrange transport to CDG airport. Even when the taxi was slightly delayed by 20 minutes, the front desk called and chased the driver 2 or 3 times to give us an update without request from us to do so.
The rooms are well furnished and very clean - bed comfortable. We stayed in the deluxe apartment, it was a split level with 2 toilets and a kitchenette. All equipment were in good working condition and cutlery, crockery, pans - all provided. Also 2 elevators, which surprisingly is a blessing (second elevator is around the other side of the front desk, not visible from the lobby)
All in all, a fantastic stay and we are already thinking about our next stay.

Excellent!!
Pros:Warmly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff
Location:Centrally located - things to do everything you desire
Talk about attention to detail!!! I don't normally give out reviews but had to with this one. I have stayed in a lot of Hotels and this one takes the cake. The location was perfect - around the corner from the train station to get to Disneyland and both airport; and around the corner from all major buses - tour, airport and city buses. Groceries, shopping, restaurant galore not even minutes away. Our room was spacious and clean even provided dishwashing detergent and cleaning kit for the kitchenette. Was given a room on the top floor with excellent views and in the corner away from neighbors, which was helpful when you have 2 young noisy kids. The room was nice temperature, cosy and homely The staff was incredibly accommodating, sincere and quick to attend to my request - 30minutes after my arrival they rang to check I was happy with the room and if I needed anything. The night before my checking out they rang to see if I was still checking out in the morning or if I needed a late checkout or if I needed them to ring a taxi. Highly recommend this hotel!
