We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and utilized the continental breakfast. The check-in process was great- I let them know we would be late and got an email with very detailed instructions for how to check in. The staff was super friendly. The room was large, cleaned each day, and there was AC (which was vital given we were there during a heat wave). It was in a great location, walkable to the Metro and accessible to all of the sites we wanted to see. It felt very safe, with locked gates and doors. We hope to go back.

At the price we paid, I am amazed how spacious the studio is. So is the balcony. It’s super quiet inside. You can find tons of options for bakery, grocery or restaurants within 10 minutes of walking distance. Multiple lines of subway are just 6-8 minutes away. Communication is superb. You can contact the receptionist by WhatsApp and get a response very quickly during business hours. We have no complaints and will definitely come back next time we visit Paris.

Do not recommend.

Had issues with a lot of dust balls and a lot of hair. There's no restaurant where you can eat breakfast; they deliver breakfast to your room. The choices are nonexistent; there is no protein to choose from, and they get your order wrong 70% of the time.

We spent 5 nights here and loved the location. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as metro stations. You can easily walk to the Arc de Triumphe. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk as well as smaller food stores around the area. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Our room was divine, stocked with everything you need with a comfortable bed and the patio was cozy. I would recommend this place and will book again if I come back to Paris.
