Agence Cocoonr offers this charming new 28 m² studio apartment in Rueil-Malmaison, in the business district, which can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a building constructed in July 2023, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Another studio, called "Ellington", with the same configuration, is available in the same building. It is possible to rent both studios at the same time, subject to availability.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, combined microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Having a Bakery / Coffee shop right outside the apartment was a blessing, we enjoyed the freshly baked Croissants & Coffee every morning before setting out for the day. Trying to find the place on the evening we arrived was a bit frustrating as the the famous Google Maps took us around the long way, but once we discovered the direct route, getting to and from the apartment to the station was very easy. It is a nice clean airy apartment, ideal for a short stay."
