Gute, grosse, saubere Wohnung im ruhigen Quartier, nahe Metro und Einkaufszentrum. Besitzer sucht nach Lösungen bei Problemen und Anliegen. Hinweis für kältere Jahreszeit: es gibt keine Heizung in der Wohnung, nur einen kleinen Heizlüfter.
