This place is nice. Tucked away but walking distance to several metro stations and so many restaurants. Mike was great and another staff too (I forget her name, she checked me in and I believe she was newer). Both super friendly and didn’t mind my next to no French. The only thing I’d say to prepare for is that if your room has a door to me connect, you’ll hear everything your neighbors are doing.

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious, nice/friendly staff. Near the train station so the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy especially at night so we always take Uber coming home at night but the location of the hotel is pretty quite as it is located in an alley. Overall we had a great stay.

A great place to stay if you want the convenience of access into Paris. It was on a quiet side street within an easy walk from Gare du Nord and the metro. The accommodation was basic but enough as we were out most of the time exploring. With a small hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge it is also a great place if you are on a budget and want to eat in

The property was at a convenient location to walkable shops, groceries, cafes, and restaurants. It is also right down the street from both train stations Du Gard and L'Este. Great facilities, but let down by unprofessional night staff Overall, we were satisfied with the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. However, we had a major issue with the night receptionist. We stayed in a ground floor room, and it was impossible to sleep because the female staff member at the reception was watching loud videos and talking to her friends on the phone all night. It took us a few days to realize the noise was coming from her, and I eventually had to warn her. A receptionist should be welcoming and professional. During check-in, she was reluctant, grumpy, and didn't provide any information about the room or facilities unless we specifically asked. Also, the shower design in the bathroom is problematic; water accumulates on the wrong side due to an inadequate cabin system. While the hotel itself is good, the lack of hospitality and the noise from the staff was disappointing.
