Geweldige locatie, dicht bij alles qua dagelijkse behoeften en loopafstand Sacré-Cœur en Opéra. Helaas gedateerd appartement, simpel ingericht en versleten. Onderhoud nodig en erg gehorig (buiten en buren). Kortom plek is top, maar moet gerenoveerd

Living area dirty and not as shown in pictures. Faucet broke. Remote broke. Elevator broke so had to use filthy staircase with mice! No air conditioning…. Just two cheap fans. Keys hard to locate two blocks away. Only one set of keys for 4 people. Bathroom smelled like sewage

Nice location, roomy for 4 people. Clean accomodation. One bathroom has a seperate sink located at the entrance to the apartment.Not enough care has been made to make it a comfortable stay. Inadequate lighting, particularly in the bathrooms, small badly positioned mirrors and no air conditioning. A bathroom sink hadn’t been plumbed properly resulting in water leaks. Management made no real effort to rectify during our stay.Door to one of the bedrooms couldn’t be closed due to a broken hinge. Access to the apartment was via a seperate staircase. Quite dark and scary and very narrow, making it hard to carry a suitcase up.

Paid for early checkin - 52 pounds sterling - the keys were npt in the lock box for 1 pm, causinfg some distress carrying our luggage and fatigued from no sleep. Located some fellow who also could not find keys in HIS lock box as he was the designated linen fellow, who was able to phone the cleaner, who had all the keys and was not finished preparing the apartment. There was no dish clothe nor dish towels and there are zero hooks in both bathrooms to hang towels. In addition there was a big leak coming from under one of the bathroom sinks which I notified the property manager about and so put a pot under there to capture the leak. Other than that the linens were good, lots of towels, the beds were comfortable and it is a great area in Paris

Great location for walking to many many amazing sites and restaurants within a 3km radius. Several even closer. Only down side was that it was 36C one day, and really warm and humid the other days. It would have been nice to have air conditioning, but even two or three large fans would have helped a bit more, loved it otherwise!

Épouvantable!Manque de communication. Malgré nos demandes répétées pas de soutien.Il faisait froid pas….le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.Odeurs pestilentielles provenant des toilettes .Moisissures dans les douches. Robinet de cuisine arraché et surtout entrée pour aller au 1er étage de service dégueulasse.Ne pas réserver cet appartement!
