Latin quarter apartment

The apartment is brilliant and was exactly like the photographs. It was very clean, well equiped and in a great area close to cafe's and local markets. The owners were fantastic when we accidentally locked ourselves out and assisted us get back in. Highly recommend.

Great stay for my family (myself, spouse and seven year old daughter) for a few days in Paris. Kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated having some extra space and quiet. Location was great!

Stylish accommodations among local residences

This condo is stylishly decorated just as pictured in the listing. It was very comfortable for our family of four. We liked that the Metro was only a 5-minute walk and also that the condo was situated on the perimeter of the Latin Quarter in a neighborhood where the locals reside. We experienced all of the crowded attractions, then returned to our calm neighborhood -- a perfect balance. Our only complaint was that the outside noise was disruptive on a few occasions because the windows are literally on the sidewalk and some mornings or late evenings people would stop for a lengthy chat right outside our window or the trash truck would wake us up. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the positives outwieighed the negatives.

Great space for family

For our week in Paris, we wanted a place that was convenient to sites and had separate beds for the kids. This apartment packs in a lot of features, including the pool table, which offered hours of entertainment! We felt very safe and comfortable, even though we had to keep the windows open for ventilation. Nearby parks and restaurants made the location feel like a neighborhood rather than a tourist district. Property manager was very helpful on the day that the apartment lost power due to building maintenance.
