A warm balance of old and new defines the main living space, where sculpted wooden armchairs sit alongside a sleek cream leather sofa. The room’s classical elegance is elevated by a vintage maritime painting and traditional herringbone parquet flooring, while generous natural light and leafy touches soften the atmosphere for everyday comfort.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped and modern, the kitchen is designed for practical living without compromising on style. The combination of wood cabinetry, stone backsplash, and integrated appliances creates a contemporary space that remains inviting with its dining table for four.

BEDROOMS
