Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The place was disgusting full of bed bugs and cockroaches.
The place seemed clean on the surface but once I went to bed I started itching on my arms then my torso and then all over.
I got up to take a shower and found my daughter on the toilet seat scared by a bug. Turns out it was a cockroach in the showe. She said she had seen more. I killed the roach and left the bathroom. I then saw a cockroach crawling on the chair about to get on her hoodie. I grabbed it and told her to put all her things in the suitcase. I went downstairs to my other daughter’s room to find another cockroach crawling in the floor. I grabbed all her clothing and put everything not her bags. I then started to really look at the apt and found crushed bugs on many walls, dirty silverware under the bed and used chopped stick in a corner behind a door. I went down to the basement where I was attacked by the bed bugs and saw that under the stairs were lots of spiders and spider webs. That was enough I grabbed my things and the girls things and packed everything up. By this time it was 12:30 am and all the hotels were closed or full. I tried to make a reservation at any hotel in the area but since it was past midnight the reservations were for the following day and checking was 3 pm that afternoon if available. I then walked throughout the neighborhood looking for a hotel that would allow us to checking right then and there. I did and we left to go to the hotel. I tried to contact the company Urban Flat in Paris but there was no response. The next day I went to see
