the hotel is more of a 3 star closer to a 2. room was cleanish, but paint was peeling from the bathroom walls and you can see all the water marks on the wall and ceiling (mould). the bathtub was downright dangerous. staff were mostly friendly and helpful. unless they renovate the rooms, not the best hotel to stay at. oh and they never refilled the shampoo bottle so it was empty during my whole stay.

The Voco Hotel was amazing, very clean, and the staff was nice to help prepare our room and get us in early. The hotel was near a metro which was very convenient for us to get around the city. There is also a few restaurant options within walking distance, and a delicious bubble tea shop right across the street. Highly recommend staying here.

Thanks for making my family vacation special!

Really helpful front desk staff, super clean and comfortable! Just a 10 minute walk to the train station, great location! A few Boulangeries within walking range. Also, away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. Highly recommend !
