Appartement avec beaucoup de potentiel. Grand espace de vie avec deux chambres fermées. La propreté doit toutefois être améliorée. La table demeure collante même une fois lavée, des traces de moisissures sont présentes dans la sdb, certaines assiettes prises dans les armoires étaient sales et la poussières s'accumulaient sur les plinthes et la hotte. Plusieurs tâches sur les murs. Avec un grand nettoyage, un coup de pinceau et une nappe, ce serait déjà BCP mieux. Le métro est littéralement à 1 minute à pied et vous êtes à Châtelets en 20 minutes. Le quartier est sympa avec restos et supérettes à proximité.
