Ce logement est joli, très bien situé entre le Louvres et Les Halles, la Samaritaine, etc... La personne que j'ai eu au téléphone a été sympathique et a pu régler le problème du code d'accès. En dehors de cela, deux petites remarques : dommage qu'il y ait une cafetière Nespresso sans proposer 1 capsule pour les locataires, et les serviettes avaient une odeur de moisi. Quand tout ceci sera réglé, ce sera un petit logement vraiment très agréable.

We were initially moved to this property because are first booking was "invalid" due to a synchronization problem with Expedia that created a double booking. The lift was not working, and we had to carry 6 pieces of heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. Overnight we were bitten by bed bugs (I will provide photographs in another formal complaint). Our very tight schedule to visit Paris was completely disturbed by the inconveniences we experienced.We have requested for some compensation.
