The hotel was very well maintained. The staff was kind and accommodating. Could have not asked for a better hotel. Location was awesome. Was able to walk to many attractions and restaurants.

The experience at West End was incredible. Staff was so professional, kind, helpful. Breakfast was delicious. L’Estele restaurant was delicious, great service. Highly recommend.

On arrival, I was told that they did not have any standard rooms available, which was what I reserved. They upgraded my room with no charge. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. While I was disappointed that I could not see the Eiffel Tower from my room, it was so close that we saw it every time we went out. The location was close to so many cafes and dining options. The overall friendliness of the desk staff made it a perfect hotel!

Perfect location and comfy

Perfect convenient location to shopping and pharmacy, restaurants, metro and busses. So comfy. I could see the Eiffel from my room window. Loved the breakfast in bed and the fresh apple juice! Large bathroom and loved the robes and slippers, Balmain toiletries and great shower.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel west end. The staff at the hotel were very polite and flexible. Breakfast was awesome and they always keep to time delivering my breakfast to my room. I will definitely stay there again when next I visit Paris.

Comfort & Location

Very comfortable and great location. Close to shopping and the metro. A Pharmacy across the street. Fran prix close for water and snacks. I particularly loved the option to have breakfast delivered to my room and I didn't have to go downstairs (no extra charge). Balmain toiletries were nice. Room felt big to me for European standards. Large bathroom and comfy bathrobes and slippers. I could see the Eiffel from my room. Many restaurants near as well.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff but there is MAJOR construction going on the building next door. I feel like they should have warned us about prior to arrival. Very loud construction starting early in the morning

My stay was amazing! I enjoyed my stay so much, I requested a specific room and to my surprise they were able to fulfill it! The staff was amazing and location was great. It’s near many stores and notable restaurants. I can’t wait to come back! The only inconvenience was not having an outlet in the bathroom, but I still managed to get things done.
