** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.



** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

Great spring break!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marriott Mountainside. Our kids are begging to come back for Christmas break! The abundance of Hot tubs was one of the best perks! And the Ski valet was amazing. Would definitely come back!

Zero view from nearly every room in the hotel!!

This property is a timeshare hotel managed by Marriott. The issue with this property is 80% of the rooms have no view and face retaining wall or the neighboring condo's, while only 20% of the rooms face the pool/slopes, but nowhere is this disclosed. Our very expensive unit was directly across from a retaining wall!! The timeshare owners decided to have the units granted to them on a lottery system, so when an owner DOES get a view unit, they use it, leaving virtually no rooms EVER available to non owner Guests. I can not recommend this hotel.

I was very unhappy with the Vacation Candy policy that would not allow me to add a second name to our check in list! We needed both condos close together for limited mobility reasons and that did not happen since that condo had to be checked in later.

Best Location!!

I could not have asked for a better location for a ski trip. Located literally 200ft from Payday and Creasant lifts. Multiple big hot tubs. Nice little family area with pool tables and game spaces. Rooms were really clean, large and spacious. Couldn’t really ask for a better stay

Best location in Park City

This was our first ski trip as a family and the location was amazing. Walk right out the doors to the slopes. Having a kitchen was great to grab a quick lunch then head back out for more skiing. We had ski butlers deliver our ski gear right to our room and used Instacart to get groceries for the week. No rental car needed. Ubers and free shuttles were easy to use. The only thing the owner may want to know is that the dryer in our specific room was really loud and squeaky but still worked fine. We will definitely be back.
