Unexpected situation!
First let me say that Park City Resort closed the day before we were due to arrive because of the Coronna virus. Tuck and his wife have been nothing short of extraordinary!
They were willing to help us and do anything possible to ease our situation. They were available to communicate from the the beginning and come to an agreement about our stay with no hesitation. We are looking forward to visiting Park City next year and will rebook with them.
Every once in a while you come across genuinely good people - they quality!
