Ideally situated just 200 yards from the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort and a short stroll from the vibrant energy of Main Street, you are perfectly positioned for every mountain adventure. From the convenience of a heated driveway to a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with Viking appliances, no detail has been overlooked in this 5-star home.
The Space:
This gorgeous Old Town home is the perfect location for your family to spend the winter! With access to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort just 200 yards from the front door and Main Street within short walking distance you will never be hard pressed for things to do! When you decide that it's time for an evening in, this home will not disappoint! From the heated driveway to the kitchen fully equipped with Viking appliances there are no corners cut in this home.
You enter the property through the one-car garage or front door and are greeted by the great room including the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and surrounded by beautiful dark cabinetry as well as granite counter tops. The living room has brand new furnishing surrounding the gas fireplace and 42" HDTV. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table with four more places at the kitchen bar. Just outside on the small deck is a gas BBQ that runs on natural gas so you'll never run out of fuel.
Downstairs one floor you will find the den area that has a brand new, super cozy couch that is also a queen size sofa sleeper right in front of a 42" HDTV - a perfect place to watch the game! There is also a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and attached bathroom. This bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower as well as a free standing tub. The third bedroom is also located on this level with a queen bed a beautiful full bathroom just outside in the hallway. The full laundry room is also on this floor. On the top floor (one flight up from the entry) is the 2nd master suite bedroom. This private room has a queen bed, private bathroom and a very large walk-in closet.

Summer in Park City Get-Away
Home was perfectly located to be near enough without being directly in the middle of town. Walked everywhere! Park City was alive with outdoor things to do; biking, hiking, farmer’s markets etc. House was well equipped. Only thing to be aware of is no air conditioning. PC was experiencing above normal temps & during middle to late part of day house got little hot, however did cool overnight. Team at Abode was great with getting us an extra fan to help!

Boot warmer a great plus, heated driveway great. Heated garage Good ski set up for getting gear on. Kitchen was nice, had most everything needed real nice gas stove Outside grill really nice, easy to use. My daughter loved the gas fireplace warmed her up everyday after skiing.
Nice easy walking distance to town a little uphill on way back from town. Right by the town lift one block walk to ski hill.
Need new pillows, hot tub would have been ultimate bonus.
The Bishop family had a wonderful vacation.

Easy access
Comfortable home with great layout; easy access to downtown, restaurants, and chair lift; 3 1/2 baths made it all work. This unit should not be listed as a “luxury” rental, however, due to the prehistoric televisions, and beds in need of replacement. We would definitely recommend this unit, but set your expectations appropriately. The Abode management company was excellent with returning calls and answering questions.

Could be better
The dishes, mugs and pans all require replacing. Many are chipped. Few of the dishes and mugs are microwave safe. I burnt my hand removing a mug from the microwave because it was so hot to the touch. The microwave also requires replacing. The glasses are either too small or too large. This isn't complicated. one night's rental charge would pay for a complete, new, better set of kitchenware. Bedding could also use an upgrading.
