This spectacular condo is ideal for small groups that want to be in the heart of everything Park City offers. With easy access to the Town Lift, your gateway to skiing and mountain adventures are at your fingertips.

The Space:

After a fun-filled day of shredding fresh powder on the slopes, unwind in this charming 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests.

As you walk through the front door, to the left, you will see the main bedroom with a beautiful queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and tree views from the window. Across the hall, is a full bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Down the hall, the spacious living room features comfortable sofa seating for 3 and additional lounge chairs for you to relax in. Unwind from the day by watching your favorite movie or show on the large flat-screen TV, while the snow falls out the window. The electric indoor fireplace, along with the heating wall unit, will keep you warm during the winter. A queen-size pull-down Murphy bed is available for additional guests.

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern, fully-equipped kitchen where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 3 stools, where you can enjoy each other's company, as you eat dinner while sharing adventure stories of your time in Park City.

Guests will have access to the rooftop patio that boasts spectacular views of Park City, along with a BBQ gas grill, perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout with your loved ones. A coin-operated laundry room is available for guests on the 3rd floor.

Guest will have access to the entire home, and a shared laundry room.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Town Lift only a couple of blocks from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only a couple of blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed. Remote-controlled heater and air conditioning units are provided in both the living room and bedroom area.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Please note that there might be some noise from outside, considering the condominium is situated near Main St.

Awesome location to do all things. Easy walk to and from ski lift. Not being able to control temp in unit is a major issue, but we managed. Overall the property is a great value and the location cannot be beat.

The apartment is very accomadating for a family. I know its cold and you would not expect to need an ac unit but it gets warm inside when you open the windows you can’t sleep with all the noise from outside and the ac units that are there don’t cool very well. With all that said, this is a great property and i would tent here again. Hopefully ac units will be better next time

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this property and thought everything was well taken care of. The only complaint we have is that we were not able to adjust the heat or open windows. It was quite warm the entire time we were there.

The Host deserves 5 stars for detailed and accurate description of property. I was staying with a friend for our first night in Park City and we were pleased to find we were surrounded by restaurants and stores. You are less than a 3-4 minute walk to “town lift” in park city, very important if you are planning to ski Park city. Highly recommend!!!

Apartment is right in Main Street and 2 blocks from the ski lift. Extremely convenient location and very easy to access apartment with detailed instructions. Apartment was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment felt a bit warm but we left the window open.

Nice but Noisy

This is an excellent property and I would stay here again. The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the noise in the morning. Directly behind the property is the central bus location and a garbage pickup. In order to cool down the apartment you have to open the windows. With the windows open, the noise from the buses, garbage truck, and the early morning snow plow make 6am very noisy.

Fantastic Condo in the most Perfect Location!

We just stayed for 4 nights and this was a fantastic property, location and value. This condo is situated right in the middle of Main St - on top floor of the Galleria Building. Aloha Ski Rentals are right at on the bottom of the building. Directly behind the building it the bus to take you for free to all of the ski mountains. So best of both worlds, super quick and easy to get to mountains, but you get the fun of Main St. The condo is the perfect size - 1 bedroom with Queen bed and TV, awesome bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. It come with a Murphy bed too if you need more space. We loved this, it was easy check in and out and highly recommend!!

Two blocks to Town Lift makes this location great for skiing. The only drawback is that there is no grocery or convenience store within walking distance. Also wish the hot tub was on the roof deck and not inside. The Murphy bed was large and comfortable. This unit easily sleeps 4.

This was a beautiful apartment with all the amenities and a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was great and had everything we needed. Loved being right in the heart of town with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was with parking, as there is none provided! We had to park our car quite a distance from the apartment and pay for parking everywhere we went.

Best location on Main Street Park City. Very nice decorated unit, seemed brand new. Great bed(s). AC is tough to figure out but maybe the altitude had something to do with sleeping at 7,000 feet. Right next to free bus transportation center and all bars, restaurants and nightlife in PC Main Street. Great building roof deck for blizzard party. Will return.
