This place was a great location at the top end of Main Street. The place was very well stocked. Perfect if you want to cook and do laundry, and all those things there was enough to get started and then some. It was updated and comfortable and was perfect for the five of us. Good kitchen. Good beds. Good hot tub. Close to downtown. It would be a good idea to upgrade sheets, buy some real humidifiers for each room, supply laundry detergent and provide good tissue and toilet paper. Small amount of money that would make a noticeable difference.

This lovely renovated home is in a great location just off of Main Street. Perfect for our last Sundance. The house has everything you need from cozy gas fireplace to inviting hot tub. En suite bathrooms are a huge plus. The owner has been great with communication and easy to work with. Our only observation is the heating system. The upstairs bedroom gets quite warm and stuffy while the main level bedroom was quite cool. We could only find one thermostat but we all made it work. We would definitely rent this house again!

Our party of 5 loved this rental. Great location, great gathering space and the hot tub was superb! We enjoyed the walk to the Town Lift to access the ski mountain. Storing skies at the rental store overnight made it super convenient. Highly recommend this property!
