Great place to stay
Fantastic location and beautiful property. Very convenient to Deer Valley resort, Main Street and Park City resort. The house is very nice and had all the amenities we needed. It is in a very nice neighborhood and is well kept.The property manager did a great job of communicating with us when we needed information or assistance. Overall, we had a a great trip and I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect Deer Valley Weekend!
Had a girls weekend in Deer Valley/Park City in early September - several of the girls said it was the nicest rental they had ever stayed in. The home was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the couch was the coziest couch we all had every been on. We did not use the sauna but the hot tub was great. The property was spacious for the 7 of us and could have fit several more even, and had sufficient parking. Communication was great, and we had no issues. I think the only thing that was less than 5 stars was that the shower pressure was very low, but not a huge deal. Definitely recommend!

Disappointed with Property Info/Property Manager
Complimentary Shuttle to skiing -- took three days to get accurate info on getting the correct app to use. Property Co kept giving bad info -- documented in their emails
Sauna - not hot ever
Hot tub - took forever to heat
Hot water shut off - got message from prop co to fix it by phone
No complimentary shuttle service to Park City -- property info says there is
Cheap utensils for a luxury rental --- plastic glasses?
No instructions for use of certain items -- how to set thermostats, turn on gas grill etc.
Property manager -- always voice mail, always late in calling back.....had to use property owner phone #/VM or emergency phone number to get attention --- then said they would call back and never did on twom occasions.
