Important Information
- Events & Extra Guests:
Groups over 20 guests must be approved before booking.
Extra guests over 20 (including day-use visitors) incur a $50 per person, per day fee.
Events under 50 guests are permitted with an additional event fee. (Events over 50 guests are not allowed.)

- Pool Details:
The pool is heated to 75°F by default.
Optional heating to 85°F is available for $75 per day (24 hour heating required) from April–October (weather permitting).

- RV Parking:
$35 per day (no hookups)
$50 per day (water & electric hookups) – Up to 3 RVs can be hooked up at the same time. (Space for up to 4 total.)

- Housekeeping & Policies:
Check-out instructions must be followed or guests can opt for a $100 fee for cleaners to handle checkout tasks.
Top bunk beds are not pre-made due to time constraints. Bedding is provided, and beds can be made in advance for a $100 fee (request at least 48 hours before check-in).

- Security & Property Rules:
Two security cameras are on-site (front door & backyard near the man cave). They are for security purposes only.
Street parking is not allowed. The property provides ample space for parking on-site.

ICE MAKER: Due to previous damage at our property, the ice maker is unavailable to use.

Propane is not provided – guests may bring their own or refill available tanks in town.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, fully enclosed backyard, and pool house.
