Located right on Main Street in the historic Grand Galleria building, you are steps away from the shops, eateries, and entertainment of downtown. The home offers a quiet retreat to unwind and recharge with a great studio layout where the kitchen, living room, and bedroom seamlessly blend together while still maintaining their own separate areas. Prepare quick meals and snacks in the kitchen, where you will find all the basic cookware needed, with a kitchen bar and 2 barstools providing a convenient dining space. Step into the living room and unwind on the couch while watching a movie, or tuck in for the night in the comfortable queen-size bed. Freshen up in the full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single-sink vanity, and keep up with laundry needs in the shared onsite laundry room. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing soak in the shared indoor hot tub or head up to the shared rooftop terrace, which offers spectacular views of Park City's historic district and the surrounding mountains and forests.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home and a private outdoor balcony. Guests will also have access to a shared laundry room, an indoor hot tub, and a shared rooftop terrace.

Please note that there are no parking spaces available on the premises. Guests will have to use public parking or public transportation, both of which are easily accessible nearby the home. There are pay-to-park areas in the city, but parking is not guaranteed, especially during events and holidays.

Please note that the unit's balcony is facing an alleyway of A/C units in the neighboring building. There may be A/C noise during your stay.

Getting Around:
With the studio's incredible location, you are within walking distance from the heart of Park City Historic Old Town, Main Street, and Park City Town Lift, which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also a two-minute walk away from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber and Lyft are also always available.

Please note that the heating and air conditioning unit temperature is controlled within the entire complex, but guests will have access to adjust fan wind speed.

The elevator provides convenient access to the condo with your luggage.
