In addition, Park City Municipal Area Recreation Center (PCMARC) is just next door, offering a full gym, pool, indoor tennis and track, all available for use with just a small daily access fee. PCMARC is also a theater for the Sundance Film Festival.

This remodeled and professionally decorated property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms within 1,550 square feet of living space, to accommodate up to 9 people comfortably.

You will enter the home through the front door into the main living area - the living room, kitchen and dining area with tile flooring throughout.

Living Room: Comfortable living room furnishings to relax while viewing your favorite shows on the 60” HD LCD TV with cable. Step out and enjoy the great outdoors on the private deck.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen and offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a center island, and kitchen bar seating for four.

Dining Area: Dining table with seating for up to five.

Master Bedroom (2nd level) - A king bed, 46” HD TV with cable, and a private bath with two sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in a closet and a private balcony.

Bedroom 2 (2nd level) – Full over full bunk beds and access to a full shared bath with a tub/shower combo on the 2nd level.

Bedroom 3 (3rd level) –A king bed (or can be separated for 2 twins), a twin bed, HD TV with cable, and access to a full shared bath with a shower (on the main level).

Outdoor Areas: The main level features a large private deck off the living room with a hot tub and a BBQ to grill up your favorites.
