Park City King's Crown 106 is the perfect choice for luxury resort living year-round. Located mountainside at Park City Mountain Resort, this new luxury ski-in/ski-out community offers exclusive ski access. Just a 3-minute walk from the ski-in-ski access point, it's ideal for winter sports. In summer, enjoy hiking, biking, and strolling to Main Street for shopping and dining. A nearby stop for Park City's free public transit provides easy access to all of Park City, including Kimball Junction and Deer Valley.

The multi-level home features 3,685 square feet of space and six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms (all but one bedroom offers an en suite bathroom), that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

Entering through the front door or garage, you will step into the lower level mudroom area offering full-sized washer and dryer, equipment cubby and bench, and elevator access.

Living Room: This room boasts a plush contemporary sectional, gas fireplace, and a 75” Smart TV. Additionally you will find access to the private deck. The deck offers an outdoor furniture where you can relax and take in the stunning views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space features high-end stainless steel appliances including a six-burner gas range, a SubZero refrigerator, gorgeous stone counter tops, and a over-sized island that offers seating for three.

This is a new property that is well maintained and equipped. It is very convenient to downtown Park City. When traveling with a large group, be aware that the property only has parking for 3 vehicles. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place

Perfect place to have everyone enjoy a great time in Park City. The kitchen and living area was a wonderful place to gather. The rooms were comfortable and gave everyone a chance to sleep well, have privacy and have their own bathrooms. Great quick walking distance from town. I loved being able to play Sonos music in the main areas. I highly recommend this amazing rental.

This property was amazing. 12 of us stayed and were very comfortable. There were lots of rooms to accommodate all of us and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was great and we had a great time cooking in this kitchen. We had some small issues with the codes not working for the garage and the back door to the ski tower walk way, but were able to get in the front door easily. As a note, we did not ask the host to fix these issues while we were there. It was also a great location. Close to a store and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
